SOHO OFFICE W1
A grade II listed property situated in the heart of Soho. The premises occupy the first to third floors above Sir Tom Baker, the eminent master tailor. Our brief was to create an inviting space where creatives will enjoy coming to write and work.
First Floor Reception
Observing the building’s grade II listing, alcove storage was created housing a drinks fridge and cabinet. The coffee table allows display of work and ideas. Rich colours and tactile fabrics enhance comfort. Decorative vintage books and quirky objects dress the created shelving.
Second Floor Offices
Ergonomic and beautifully designed furniture. Small, functional desks were required due to space, as well as access up the windy stairs!
Third Floor writers Room
The bespoke European oak oval table is perfect for this multi functional room : writing, meetings and lunches. Balustrade bases add a touch of drama.
The upholstered chairs offer back support and comfort. Brass stud detailing resonates the company logo.
Directional signage
Studio Segrue worked closely with the founding directors, the decor reflecting the company branding.
